Thank you so much for being part of the ToneWoodAmp family! We're excited to get your new TWA2 in your hands. Once it arrives, here's how to send your old ToneWoodAmp SOLO back to us:
What to keep: Hold onto your patch cable and X-Brace — any X-Brace you've installed will work perfectly with your new TWA2.
Packing up your SOLO:
One last step — check the label! Indicate the condition of your device by checking the appropriate box on the label:
a. Check [✓] Work if the device is in good working condition.
b. Check [✓] Not if the device does not power on or does not make sound.
c. Check [✓] Other if there's some other issue with the device. Please include a brief note in the package explaining the issue.
