Post-Christmas Shipping Schedule:

• Orders placed from 12/23 to 12/28 will be shipped on 12/29.
• Orders placed on orafter 12/29 will be shipped on 1/2/26.

Shipping with USPS Ground Advantage, takes around 5-6 business days.

UPS, FedEx and USPS options are available depending on your location and order size.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

For international orders you may choose DHL Express (3-5 Days) or USPS Priority International (15-30 days).

Duties and Taxes: Import duties and taxes are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost. These charges are the recipient’s responsibility as we are only charging the transportation fee for the package. Once your order is shipped, the carrier will contact you to collect any duties or taxes owed prior to delivery. You may check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs may be. 

Refusing Import fees: If your order is returned to sender (RTS) due to refusal to pay import fees, your refund will be subject to a 20% restocking fee to cover our additional costs accrued to recover your order. (Customs fees + return shipping)
