Product Return And Warranty
You have 60 days to return your ToneWoodAmp in its original condition including its retail packaging*.
If you aren’t satisfied with your purchase then please contact us by using our customer support page.
*Do not return any items without first obtaining an RMA from ToneWoodAmp. Returns that arrive late, damaged, or incomplete, are subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%.
Items That May Not Be Returned: Used additional X-Braces and clothing cannot be returned.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If your purchase was eligible for free shipping, the initial shipping cost will be deducted from your credit or refund.
One (1) Year Limited Warranty:
The Warranty Period for the ToneWoodAmp is 1 year. The warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use.
What it does not cover:
Damage due to neglect or improper use.
Battery corrosion from leaked batteries,
Magnets are not covered under this Limited Warranty.
Exciter and suction rails warranty is limited to 60-days.
Warranty is non-transferable.
